As of Sept. 2, current Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan is sitting pretty at 100 days as champion.
Morgan defeated Becky Lynch on May 25 at the King & Queen of the Ring event to become a two-time champion. She is sitting at 194 days total combined days and is ranked number five in total days out of 13 women as this championship continues the SmackDown Women’s Championship lineage.
In the past 100 days, Morgan has defended the gold on three occasions. First in a rematch against Lynch in a steel cage match. This is followed by defenses against Zelina Vega and Rhea Ripley. She is currently a member of the Judgment Day and is in a months long feud with Ripley. Morgan teamed up with Dominik Mysterio in a loss against Ripley and Damian Priest at the recent Bash in Berlin event.
Leading up to Ripley’s return and the match with Morgan at SummerSlam, Morgan was embarked on her “Revenge Tour.” She intended to take everything from Ripley and has done so. The two will likely continue their feud into Bad Blood in October.
