Liverpool’s Uruguayan striker, Darwin Nunez, showed self-sacrifice in front of the goal, failing to explode his score.

We cannot blame Darwin Nunez for his self-sacrifice. It is therefore not surprising to learn that the young Liverpool center forward has scored the most times on goal this season in the Premier League.

The Uruguayan international had 78 attempts on goal, including 34 on target, for 8 goals, after Liverpool-Burnley (3-1) played on Saturday and counting for the 24th day of the English Championship.

Darwin Nunez was narrowly ahead of the English Dominic Solanke (73 – Bournemouth) and Ollie Watkins (68 – Aston Villa).
