Kingsley Coman has made it clear he wants to leave Bayern Munich this summer, with the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool considering a move.

The 28-year-old has been with the Bavarian giants since 2015, making close to 300 appearances for the club, winning the Champions League and winning eight Bundesliga titles.

The France international is still under contract until 2027 but L’Equipe report he has decided to move on from Bayern this summer if the club can reach an agreement with another club.

Bayern are happy to let him go, as they try and get rid of some of their biggest earners, although they will want a significant transfer fee for the winger given the length of time he still has on his deal.

L’Equipe report that ‘several English clubs are interested’ and French journalist Nabil Djellit states that Liverpool is one of those interested parties.

Arsenal have also been linked with a move for Coman, while Manchester City has also been touted as a possible destination for him.

Outside of the Premier League, Barcelona and Saudi club Al-Ahli have been reported as suitors for the Frenchman.

Coman did feature in Bayern Munich’s opening Bundesliga game of the season on Sunday, coming off the bench in the 3-2 win at Wolfsburg.

He also came off the bench and scored in the 4-0 DFB-Pokal win at Ulm earlier this month, so new manager Vincent Kompany has certainly not discarded him, despite the transfer speculation.

Earlier this summer Sky Germany reported that Bayern were looking to sell six players, including Coman.

Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui have already been sold to Manchester United, while Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka and Joshua Kimmich were named as the others transfer listed.
