Logan Paul shows off some new in-ring moves.
On this week’s episode of WWE Raw, Logan Paul defeated Rey Mysterio to secure his spot in the Men’s Elimination Chamber. In doing so, he also debuted some new wrestling moves, including a modified DDT finisher.
The premiere of Paul’s new finishing maneuver came at the end of his qualifying match in which he struck Mysterio with a big right hand before planting him with the new DDT-style move. According to WWE commentator Pat McAfee, this finisher is called the Paulverizer.
Elsewhere, Paul pulled out at a Moonsault and Battery, a move widely associated with indie veteran Shane Mercer, also known as “The Iron Demon.” WWE commentator Michael Cole credited Mercer with the move during the Raw, after which Mercer thanked him.
“Appreciate it @MichaelCole,” Mercer wrote on X (formerly Twitter). “OK @LoganPaul I see you.”:
With his win over Mysterio, courtesy of the Paulverizer, Paul will now join the likes of CM Punk, John Cena, and Drew McIntyre in the 2025 Men’s Elimination Chamber. This match will take place at the titular premium live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on March 1. This will mark Paul’s second trip inside the Elimination Chamber, as he previously competed in the 2024 men’s iteration, which ultimately crowned Dew McIntyre as the winner.
