Next week’s episode of WWE SmackDown will be a big one, and see Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins arrive to confront The Rock, Roman Reigns, and The Bloodline.
Tonight’s episode of SmackDown opened with The Rock and The Bloodline taking to the ring. After berating the Arizona crowd and Rhodes, The Rock then offered up a challenge. If Rhodes and Seth Rollins could beat The Rock and Roman Reigns at Night 1 of WrestleMania 40, then Rhodes and Reigns’ WWE Universal Championship match would feature no interruptions by The Bloodline.
Should they lose, though, then the match would be under “Bloodline Rules,” which essentially means no disqualification. The Rock told Rhodes and Rollins to show up in Dallas for next week’s SmackDown to meet them in the ring and respond.
Elsewhere in the night, WWE United States Champion Logan Paul will return to SmackDown following his semi-successful showing at Elimination Chamber. It’s unknown what he’ll talk about, but it’ll likely have to do with him ruining Randy Orton‘s chances at the premium live event. Bobby Lashley will also face off against Karrion Kross in a singles match.
