New French international Loic Badé is on the radar of a giant of the English championship.
Liverpool are interested in signing Sevilla defender Loic Bade, with the latter having been identified as one of the Reds’ main targets for the upcoming off-season.
According to Spanish daily AS, the club considers him the ideal candidate to be the long-term successor to Virgil van Dijk. The Dutchman’s contract ends this summer, but the trend regarding him is still towards an extension.
Badé has no shortage of requests
Even if Van Dijk stays at Liverpool, the Merseyside club could sign Bade to help him settle in over time. The source adds that Bade has been the subject of interest from Stuttgart and Roma this summer.
As a reminder, Badé (24 years old) was called up to the French team during the last gathering but he was unable to make his international debut due to injury.
