After three seasons with Hertha Berlin, Lucas Tousart chose to sign for rival Union Berlin last summer. The 26-year-old midfielder is enjoying his life in Germany and his new life in the Bundesliga, as he confided in an interview with the newspaper Progress.

“We really like it there, the people are very cool, the mentality is great. There's only food, especially compared to Lyon, where it's day and night.”first confided the former Lyonnais with humor, before explaining his point of view on the German championship. “It’s a spectacular championship, very offensive every weekend, the stadiums are always full, there are crazy atmospheres, it’s really pleasant. I am very happy in Germany”, added Tousart. The Frenchman has played 23 matches this season in all competitions with the Berlin team, and seems to want to be a long-term player with his new club.
