Modric scored a spectacular goal in the 2-0 victory of Real Madrid in Liga against Girona this weekend, while he continues to go back in the Spanish capital.

The Croatian international has already crossed new heights as the oldest player in the club and scorer in 2024 and he wanted to break other records in 2025.

Despite his playing time reduced in recent months, Modric is crucial as captain of the Ancelotti club, and the 39 -year -old arouses respect for all the team members.

Ancelotti congratulated him after the victory against Girona, calling him “gift for football” and indicating that he should be allowed to decide when he wants to leave Real Madrid.

According to REVO reports, Modric has already decided to sign a renewal, earlier than he did the previous seasons.
