Lukas Gage admits he doesn’t know what exactly prompted his six-month marriage to Chris Appleton – though he’s chalking it up to “a manic episode.”
“I had a manic episode for six months,” the “White Lotus” star explained during Tuesday’s “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” while reflecting on his short-lived romance with the famed Kardashian hairstylist.
“I literally don’t know what went through my head, but we live and we learn.”

However, just a few months later, in November of that same year, Appleton filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Gage told Cohen on Tuesday’s “WWHL” that he allegedly signed an NDA – but insisted “there was no cheating” in the relationship amid ongoing rumors that ran rampant on social media.
Cohen then offered up his own opinion on the matter, telling Gage that it “seemed wild” to get married to someone after dating for only two months.

“That’s kind of how I roll,” Gage said in a response. “I’m a little impulsive but, that was probably one of the most unhinged things I’ve ever done in my life.”

As Page Six previously reported, Appleton and Gage’s relationship was first made public in February 2023 when the two shared photos from their vacation at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort.
After saying “I do,” the couple signed a post-nuptial agreement on May 3, 2023, which noted that the division of assets were to be handled according to the binding document. The divorce filing, obtained by Page Six, also stated that they shared “no community assets.”
