EXCLUSIVE: Luke Hemsworth (Westworld) has joined the cast of the Prime Video sequel series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf in a recurring role. He joins the previously announced cast: Taylor Kitsch, Tom Hopper and Chris Pratt.

Hemsworth will portray Jules Landry, a self-obsessed CIA contractor who hides a dangerously volatile personality beneath his muscled veneer.

Co-created by The Terminal List author Jack Carr and Season 1 creator-showrunner David DiGilio, the prequel, set five years before the mothership series, is an elevated espionage thriller that takes viewers on Ben Edwards’ journey from Navy SEAL to CIA paramilitary operator, exploring the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it. The series focuses on enigmatic Special Operator Ben Edwards, portrayed by Kitsch.

In addition to starring in the series, Kitsch executive produces alongside Pratt through Indivisible Productions, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick, through Hill District Media, author Jack Carr, showrunner David DiGilio, pilot director Frederick E.O. Toye, writer/former Army Ranger Max Adams, and actor/writer/former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw. The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is a co-production from Amazon Studios and MRC Television/Civic Center Media.

Last year, Prime Video also confirmed The Terminal List would return for a second season, based on Carr’s New York Times best-selling novel True Believer.

A native of Australia, Hemsworth starred in four seasons as Ashley Stubbs on the HBO series Westworld. He can next be seen in the feature, Land of Bad, which he also executive produced, starring alongside Russell Crowe, Liam Hemsworth and Milo Ventimiglia.

In 2022, he was the lead in the feature Ocean Boy, which played at festivals around the world and took the Grand Jury Award at the Mammoth Film Festival. Hemsworth has appeared on the series Young Rock, executive produced by Dwayne Johnson, and can be seen in Taika Waititi’s most recent feature, Next Goal Wins. He’s also made cameo appearances in the MCU’s Thor: Ragnarok and Thor: Love and Thunder.

Hemsworth is repped by CAA, Fourward and Greenberg Glusker.
