That’s gotta hurt.

Machine Gun Kelly is no stranger to ink, having covered himself from head to toe in tattoos that honor his music, his hometown, fiancée Megan Fox and more — but now, the “Emo Girl” singer is changing it up.

The musician, whose real name is Colson Baker, showed off his jaw-dropping new blackout tattoos on Instagram Tuesday. Done by celebrity ink artist Roxx, the inky design covers the majority of MGK’s arms, shoulders and chest.

The singer thanked celebrity tattoo artist Roxx for the “joy and pain” of the tattoo experience on social media. ROXX/Instagram

“For spiritual purposes only,” Baker, 33, captioned a photo of the design, which leaves the shape of a cross on his chest and lines down his arms where some of his more colorful designs still peek through.

Roxx also posted a photo of the final product, saying she’s “never met a tougher one.”

“Thanks for the joy and the pain,” MGK commented on the post.

While the intense inkwork received mixed reviews from his fans — including some who were verklempt that MGK covered some of his most identifiable tattoos, including many tributes to his hometown of Cleveland — plenty commended the star for his willpower.

“Wow. All dat previous work down da drain,” one person commented, while another said, “you Had such an awesome bodysuit… this is yikes.”

Defending the dramatic transformation, a third wrote, “It’s not him getting rid of his old tattoos. Look at it spiritually, he’s starting over. He’s changing himself and evolving into something stronger and better.”

Perhaps Baker was joined in the tattoo parlor by Fox, who recently showed off her freshly “reworked” sleeve featuring birds and flowers.

The couple still has plenty of matching ink, including voodoo dolls on their ring fingers. Fox has also been making changes to her past designs as of late, covering up a pelvic tattoo of ex-husband Brian Austin Green’s name with a snake.

No word yet on what the “Transformers” star thinks of her husband-to-be’s new look.
