Madonna stumbles, nearly faceplants in sky-high heels during NYFW appearance

These heels weren’t made for walking.

Madonna tripped and nearly faceplanted while walking in sky-high heels just before the Luar New York Fashion Week show kicked off Tuesday night.

In a video shared on X, the “Vogue” singer walked across the pavement runway towards her front-row seat in Rockefeller Plaza in New York City when she suddenly stumbled in her thigh-high boots. Around her, the crowd of onlookers gasped.

In the clip, the 66-year-old immediately held on to one of the members of her glam squad, who was around her at the time, to prevent herself from falling.

The video then cuts to the pop star sitting in her seat next to rapper Ice Spice.

Along with the boots, the mom of six wore a short-sleeved camel trench coat with bold shoulders, black latex gloves, black fishnet stockings, oversized sunglasses and a large Luar bag.

Other stars at n the Luar show included A$AP Rocky, Tinashe, Coco Jones, “Real Housewives of Potomac” star Karen Huger and “Real Housewives of New York” star Jenna Lyons.

Madonna isn’t the only one in her family who made an appearance at NYFW.

On Sunday, her 18-year-old son, David Banda, made his runway debut during Off-White’s Spring 2025 collection show.

The teen, known for his gender-fluid fashion choices, rocked a multi-colored plaid vest, pleated pants and black flip-flops. He accessorized his look with silver statement earrings and black finger gloves.

The “Like a Virgin” singer supported her son’s big day, posting a picture of herself heading to Off-White’s NYFW afterparty later that night.

For the outing, Madonna wore cargo jeans, a striped long-sleeve top and sunglasses.

The “Material Girl” songstress previously gushed about David’s interest in fashion.

“He can put on any outfit and look swag as you know what,” she said on the “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in 2022.

“It’s really irritating. He wears my clothes and looks better in them. He can even wear a dress and look butch.”
