This is one of the issues that will shake up the football world in the coming weeks. What will Pep Guardiola’s future look like next season?

At the end of his contract in June 2025, the Catalan coach has still not extended his contract with Manchester City. The former FC Barcelona manager does not yet know what he will do next season.

In front of journalists, he said he had not yet made his decision. But with the departure of sports director Txiki Begiristain, his future is more than uncertain and a departure is more and more likely.

If the coach is still unclear about his future at Man City, the 53-year-old knows what he would like to do in the near future.

“Yes, one day I would like to coach a national team in my career,” he said in comments relayed by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
