This Sunday, Manchester United were held to a draw against promoted Ipswich as part of the 12th day of the Premier League. The Red Devils failed to take the three points for Ruben Amorim’s first on the club’s bench.

After the meeting, the Portuguese coach analyzed his first at the microphone of Sky Sports. An interview which was also interrupted for a few minutes by singer Ed Sheeran who is the main shareholder of the Ipswich club, by going to greet Jamie Redknapp, present on the set.

The artist subsequently apologized to the former manager of Sporting CP on his social networks this Monday. “I apologize if I offended Amorim yesterday, I didn’t realize he was in the middle of an interview at the time. I popped over to say hello and goodbye to Jamie. Obviously I felt a little stupid, but life goes on,” he blurted.

Ruben Amorim therefore begins his adventure with Manchester United with a draw in the Premier League. The Portuguese coach will have the opportunity to make up for it in the coming days with two matches which will arrive very quickly.

The first of the two in the Europa League against the Bodo/Glimt team and the second in the Premier League at Old Trafford against Everton. A match where the Mancuniens will be eagerly awaited in front of their audience.
