High-flying Arsenal travel to Old Trafford to face a downbeat Man United team on Sunday afternoon knowing they cannot leave Manchester with anything less than three points.

The Gunners are still firmly in the hunt for the Premier League title and with two games to go, there is no room for slip-ups.

Man City hammered Fulham 4-0 on Saturday to move two points clear at the top of the table and a win for Arsenal at Old Trafford would take the race to the final day of the season. However, should Arsenal fail to get the victory, City can win the Premier League on Tuesday with a win over Tottenham.

Mikel Arteta’s team were 3-0 winners over Bournemouth last time out, making it four wins in a row for the Gunners. The North London club are in good form ahead of facing a struggling Man United team and the Arsenal boss has made no changes from the victory at the Emirates last weekend.

As for Man United, the Red Devils are looking to keep their Europa League hopes alive as Erik ten Hag’s team are running the risk of missing out on European football for next season. The Premier League giants currently sit in eighth place, three points from Chelsea.

The Manchester club were embarrassed last time out by Crystal Palace as the Eagles hammered United 4-0 at Selhurst Park on Monday night. The performance of Ten Hag’s team was very worrying and the last thing they needed was to face Arsenal next in front of their home fans.

The Dutch coach still has major injury issues and has made three changes from the Crystal Palace defeat. Christian Eriksen, Mason Mount and Antony have been replaced in the starting 11 by Sofyan Amrabat, Scott McTominay and Amad Diallo.
