Manchester City and their coach Pep Guardiola are reportedly seeking a young Spanish prospect playing in La Liga.

Manchester City is already starting to think about next season and the reinforcements they could acquire. He is interested in Las Palmas defender Mika Marmol.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Manchester City would seek to sign this element during the next offseason to loan him for a year to Girona, a club with which they have the same owner.

Man City will strengthen Girona

Mármol went through the FC Barcelona training center. This summer he left FC Andorra for Las Palmas.

The 22-year-old has played 24 La Liga matches since the transfer. And he did quite well there, hence the interest in him from the reigning European champions.
