Manchester City – Arsenal: Rodri out injured

This Sunday, Manchester City hosted Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium in the shock of this 5th day of the Premier League. A meeting which also marked the return of Rodri in Pep Guardiola’s starting eleven. Unfortunately for the Cityzensthe Spanish midfielder had to give up his place after only 21 minutes of play. In a duel with Thomas Partey on a corner, he collapsed to the ground holding on to his knee, after a bad support.

The 28-year-old was replaced by Mateo Kovacic. His departure came just minutes after Manchester City’s opener, through Erling Haaland, and Arsenal took advantage to score two goals in quick succession.
