Manchester City are preparing to tie Oscar Bobb down to a new contract.

That’s according to a recent report from the Daily Mail, who claim the Cityzens are set to hand Bobb, 20, a new, and improved, deal.

After being promoted to the club’s first team in the summer on the recommendation of sporting director Txiki Begiristain, Bobb has enjoyed an excellent breakthrough campaign.

Not only did the 20-year-old score a crucial winner against Newcastle United last month, but his brilliant finish earned him January’s ‘Goal of the Month’ award.
