Faced with a cascade of injuries, Manchester City can once again count on Kevin De Bruyne. Absent since mid-September due to a muscle injury, the Belgian attacking midfielder recently made his return to competition, contenting himself for the moment with short appearances during the losses against Sporting (1-4) in the Ligue 1. champions, Brighton (1-2) and Tottenham (0-4) in the Premier League.

“Honestly, I don’t know. At the start of the season there were talks planned, but I got injured at Brentford. It was supposed to last a few days, but I missed eight to nine weeks. I’m the only one who can give you answers, but I don’t know.”confided the native of Tronchiennes.
The captain of the Red Devils, however, seems lucid about the fact that this season could be his last in the citizen jersey. Despite everything, De Bruyne gives himself time to think.
“If no discussions take place, it will be my last year at the club, but I don’t know. We talked over the summer, but I was injured and I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to talk about the future again. I need to get back out there and be myself again.
