Manchester City: End of season for Nathan Aké

Already absent three times this season for muscle problems, the last time for a month in January; Nathan Aké was operated on a fracture of the foot suffered in the round of 16 FA Cup against Plymouth this Saturday. An operation which should keep him away from the field until the end of the season, and which will therefore prevent him from taking part in the race in the Champions League in which Manchester City is launched.

“This season has been very frustrating for me, but I now underwent a successful operation on a fracture of the foot that had been bothering me for months and I envisage the future with optimism. In this season trunted by injuries, Aké will have played only ten first league games and four in the Champions League.
