Bournemouth left-back Milos Kerkez is attracting interest from other Premier League clubs, including Manchester United.
The Reds and Chelsea are interested in a move for the highly-rated Bournemouth defender, according to The Mirror.
The two Premier League giants could battle it out of the 20-year-old who has impressed on the south coast this season after joining Bournemouth from AZ Alkmaar in the summer.
Kerkez cost Bournemouth just £15 million and they would demand a higher transfer fee this time around to ensure profit is made from the sought-after defender’s signature.
United’s interest in Kerkez has been reported at a time when plans are being drawn up to improve the back four ahead of next season. Erik ten Hag has had to deal with many injuries across his defence this season and it remains to be seen who he will bring in this summer.
Respected journalist Fabrizio Romano recently reported that United will be making moves to sign a new left-back in the summer. This doesn’t bode well for Luke Shaw, who is enduring another season plagued by injuries.
