Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly lining up a huge bid for the transfer of Bayer Leverkusen star Florian Wirtz who is said to be on Manchester United’s radar in 2025.
The Germany international has established himself as a talent in Bayer Leverkusen’s Bundesliga winning side, so it makes sense that he is now a player attracting interest from some of the top clubs in the world.
According to Fichajes, Paris Saint-Germain are willing to pay as much as €150m for Wirtz.
The claim follows on from Florian Plettenberg, who has linked Wirtz with several Premier League clubs, including United, Man City and Liverpool.

Competition for Florian Wirtz deal
Photo by Maja Hitij/Getty ImagesThere will be competition from Real Madrid for Wirtz’s signature, although it has been suggested that they will be prioritising a move for Liverpool’s Trent Alexander-Arnold.
Perhaps that is how Liverpool would be able to finance a deal for Wirtz because they’re not usually in the market for the best players.
There is no chance Bayer Leverkusen will let him leave midway through the season and Wirtz is not going to be available on the cheap. That could mean this transfer chase could be on the agenda next summer.
Wirtz would be considered a huge coup for any club next year.
