Manchester United’s summer transfer window promises to be hectic. Among the priority targets, Jean-Clair Todibo is expressly expected.

Although it has missed its season significantly, Manchester United can still save a small part of the furniture. Sadly eighth in the Premier League, the Mancunian club has only one chance left to be European next season, but to do so it will need to achieve a small feat against Manchester City, whom it will meet on Saturday in the FA final. Cup (4 p.m.). In the meantime, recruiters are busy preparing for a summer transfer window which should be exciting.

For several weeks now, major maneuvers have been announced and for the English media, it is a major laundry that is being prepared at Old Trafford. No less than eleven players could, for example, be invited to look elsewhere. If the construction sites are present on almost all lines, defense is one of the priorities. Raphaël Varane having notably announced his departure, United must find reinforcement. According to ConfidentialMancunian recruiters have two targets identified: Jean-Clair Todibo and Tosin Adarabioyo.

New contract for Garnacho?

Players from Nice and Fulham are therefore of interest. For the Frenchman in the two selections with Didier Deschamps’ Blues, Manchester should have to pay around thirty-six million euros, when Adarabioyo will be “free”, however with serious competition, notably that of Newcastle. The media also specified that United was very limited in terms of budget and currently only has around thirty-two million euros in hand. A sum that the club hopes to see increase with the planned sales.

Still on the defense side, United inquired about Marc Guehi, but the Crystal Palace player is valued at sixty million euros. A little too much as it is. Concerning other priorities, the Red Devils hope to find a defensive midfielder capable of doing better than a Casemiro who has been particularly disappointing this season and recently guilty of repeated mistakes. Finally, Alejandro Garnacho, outfield player most used this season by Erik ten Hag, could ask for his contract to be reviewed and extended. So much work to complete for Manchester United.
