At the end of his contract with Manchester United, Anthony Martial will be released this summer. Operated last January, the Frenchman has not played since and his last appearance on the field dates back to December 9, 2023. Asked about the case of the former Monegasque, Erik ten Hag was more than vague, unable in particular to advance a date for return to competition. “I don’t know”admitted the Dutch technician, at a press conference, regarding the prospect of seeing the French international play again for Manchester United.

“He is still in the hands of the medical unit. Will it be available by the end of the season? I do not know”. This season, the striker who passed through Sevilla and arrived with the Red Devils in 2015 has played 19 matches for a total of 2 goals and 1 assist. It now remains to know his future destination while Inter Milan is still thinking about him and the crazy OM rumor notably stirred up the last winter transfer window.
