Manchester United have welcomed back four players to Carrington ahead of the new season.
The quartet were all involved in major international tournaments and have missed out on the club’s US pre-season tour, with United playing their final game against Liverpool this weekend before returning to the UK.
Portugal duo Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Dalot are back after their Euro 2024 campaign, as is back-up goalkeeper Altay Bayindir.

Alejandro Garnacho has returned after a triumphant summer as Argentina won the Copa America. His team-mate Lisandro Martinez will return to Carrington on Monday.
United shared a series of photos on X of the players back at Carrington.

United take on Man City in the Community Shield next weekend and it will be a bonus that these players will have a week of training under their belt.
Since they’ve been on international duty during the summer, it shouldn’t take long to return to full match fitness. That bodes well with the Premier League campaign just around the corner.
