Manchester United’s Altay Bayindir has reportedly already made plans to depart the club this summer.
According to Turkish outlet Futbol Anadolu, the goalkeeper will make the switch to Galatasaray at the end of the season after reaching an agreement to represent the side from the 2024/2025 campaign.
Numerous reports had already suggested that he was displeased with his playing time at Old Trafford and was therefore considering his options after just five months with United.
It’ll likely come as no surprise to supporters, or even Erik ten Hag, as the manager only awarded the shot-stopper his maiden outing on January 28 when Andre Onana was still at the Africa Cup of Nations. When the Cameroonian returned, Bayindir dropped back down to the bench and is still awaiting his next appearance.
Bayindir, 25, signed on a four-year deal from Fenerbache on last year’s September deadline day for a fee of £4.3 million, so any potential deal would see United hope to recuperate some of the fee they paid.
