Manchester United would pay an exorbitant amount to turn Ruben Amorim

Inducted at the head of Manchester United last November, Ruben Amorim arrived in Old Trafford like the Messiah. Young 40 -year -old coach with a very attractive style of play with Sporting Portugal, the Portuguese landed to replace the intransigent Erik Ten Hag. But on paper, the Amorim effect was not really felt. Upon arrival, Manchester United was thirteenth in the Premier League ranking.

Almost four months later, the Red Devils fell two places and were in fifteenth row. Unsurprisingly, the accounting assessment of the former coach of Leões in England is far from famous. Ruben Amorim, however, displays a balanced balance. In 22 games, all competitions, he has 9 wins, 4 draws and 9 losses.

A dismissal that would cost very dear

But in the Premier League, it's less glorious. The Portuguese managed 15 games, 3 draws, 4 victories and 8 defeats. An insufficient roadmap for a club supposed to find the heights of the English championship. However, at a time when Sir Jim Ratcliffe reigns over absolutely everything to save money, a possible early dismissal of Amorim appears to be very complicated.

THE Sun Affirms that if Ratcliffe wanted to separate from the Portuguese by the end of the season, a check of around € 15 million should be paid. The bill would rise to € 24 million including all the staff of the Lusitanian. For the moment, the Amorim position is not (yet) in danger, but Ratcliffe will face a dilemma at the end of the season if his coach fails to take off his team.
