Some say Jurgen Klopp to Bayern Munich could never happen, but Manuel Neuer isn’t one of them.
The Liverpool manager may soon be back on the market, having revealed he will step down at Anfield in the summer and then take a sabbatical.

The bombshell of Klopp’s departure after nine years has shocked the world of football, and despite admitting he may not manage again after ‘at least a year’ out of the game, many are trying to work out where he could land next.
The Germany job has understandably been linked, as have Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona, but one team that would seemingly be off the market is Bayern.
Klopp has singled himself out as one of those who sees the Bavarian giants as the evil empire from his time at Borussia Dortmund.
But Bayern captain Neuer doesn’t see the 56-year-old’s past as a big issue.

“I think it depends on him,” the goalkeeper said at a fan event. “I don’t think FC Bayern has anything against that.
“He’s a renowned, very good, experienced, tactically astute coach who has gained big respect from all footballers and athletes and I believe that he’s definitely a potential candidate who could work for Bayern at some point.
“Whether he wants to do that is of course his business. Maybe he wants to take a break first.
“Maybe he no longer wants the day-to-day business - I can imagine him possibly being the national team coach one day. Of course, that mainly depends on him.”

Should Klopp shock Germany and end up in Munich in a year or so, he’ll likely be able to utilise Harry Kane, a player he’s faced numerous times during his Liverpool career.
Previously discussing the England captain, Klopp said: "Harry Kane, what a striker. He is just a fantastic player but I hope we don't see why I like him.

"I respect how he came up, going out on loan, his career is fantastic. I remember one picture where him and Jamie Vardy are sat together on the bench for Leicester. I wouldn't want to be the coach at that moment.
"Harry did it the hard way. It's not like he came up at 18 years old as a talent. He had to do it the hard way and he had to improve day-by-day."
