Martha Stewart is admitting that she cheated during her marriage to ex-husband Andrew Stewart. The beloved media personality was married to Andrew from 1961 until their divorce in 1990 and she revealed the bombshell in a clip from her upcoming Netflix documentary Martha. Martha shared her advice for women married to cheaters, only to be called out by the producer who was interviewing her. The producer chimed in, “Didn’t you have an affair early on?” Martha admitted, “Yeah, but I don’t think Andy ever knew about that.”
Martha and Andy started dating when she was just 19 and he was 23. After her divorce, Andy actually went on to marry Martha‘s former assistant, but they have since divorced. He has remarried again. In a 2020 interview with People, Martha explained why her divorce was “terrible.” “Getting divorced was a terrible thing for me, because we were the first to divorce in my family,” Martha said. “And that we haven’t spoken since the divorce is even more painful. But I’m very strong, and I’m very motivated to get on with life. I have survived the rigors of time, of marriage, of childbearing, of building a business from scratch. I have survived very nicely, and I think I make the most of it.” Martha recently opened up about her fallout with another famous chef.
