While WWE just announced Las Vegas as the home to the 41st edition of WrestleMania, speculations about where the future editions will be hosted have surfaced on the internet. Recent speculations suggest that Detroit will make bid to host WrestleMania in 2027.

This comes in with an interesting statistic. Michigan hosted WrestleMania 3 and Wrestlemania 23 earlier. Now, speculations suggest WrestleMania 43 is something the city’s sports commission would love to host. However, the Detroit Sports Commission has cleared the air with an update.

In a recent update from the officials, it has been revealed that Detroit is not planning to bid for WrestleMania 43. While they would love to continue their relationship with WWE by hosting events regularly, WrestleMania 43 is not in the cards right now.

“Contrary to recent speculation, the DSC is not currently in the process of preparing a bid to host WrestleMania in 2027. However, we remain enthusiastic about the prospect of hosting future major WWE events. The Detroit Sports Commission values its strong relationship with WWE and is proud to have hosted some of their premier events across the Metro Detroit region. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership with WWE and welcoming more thrilling events to our vibrant city in the years to come.

While Detroit is not ready to host WrestleMania 43, fans there would have been a massive plus for a stage like that. However, with 3 years left for the show right now, WWE could always plan to go international and make history. Ringside News will keep you updated with the latest news about the wrestling world.
