Matt Hardy gives his take on what’s going on with Toni Storm‘s current character in All Elite Wrestling.
At AEW Dynamite: Winter is Coming, Storm returned to AEW programming as a version of her former self. The twist is that she seemingly has no memory of her time in the company and believes she has just debuted.
On the latest episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy, the TNA Wrestling star spoke about Toni Storm’s return to AEW programming and her new gimmick coming off the Timeless character.
“It is interesting. It’ll be interesting to see how they follow up on it,” Matt Hardy said. “I did see those clips on social media — I’m intrigued to see where they go with it, if it is like two separate split personalities or does she have no knowledge that she was Timeless Toni Storm?
“[But] I don’t know, we’ll see which way they go with it. I feel like what’s important is that they just follow up. And whatever path they end up choosing, they stay very consistent with it.” [H/T: Fightful]
