It seems like you cannot go more than a day without having something else happen, to the point where another major announcement had to be pushed to later in the schedule.

This week on AEW Dynamite, it was announced that AEW President Tony Khan would make an announcement on the February 7 episode. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, the announcement was originally going to be made on the January 27 edition of Collision, which would have been airing against the Royal Rumble. The announcement was postponed due to the release of a lawsuit against Vince McMahon. It is not clear what the announcement will be.
