The Mbappé saga is not completely over. It could even have serious repercussions on the future of the capital club.

Kylian Mbappé may have officially become a Real Madrid player on July 1st, but his story with Paris Saint-Germain is not completely over. Indeed, the captain of the French team is demanding 55 million euros from his former employer according to The World.

The Bondy native accuses Qatar Sports Investments (QSI), the club’s majority shareholder represented by Nasser al-Khelaïfi, of significant unpaid bills. In particular, the absence of salary for three months but also the non-payment of two bonuses, one of which would amount to more than 30 million euros.

Contacted by France Infothe capital club assures that it has not received “no notification” from the Professional Football League or the French Football Federation on this subject. PSG “wishes not to comment on the ongoing discussions, which have been taking place constructively for many months, and the club continues to respectfully engage on the matter”.

If these sums were not paid, Kylian Mbappé could consider taking the matter to the industrial tribunal and even suing his former club for moral harassment. The reigning French champion would then be exposed to heavy sanctions if he were found guilty.
