This Wednesday, the Football Observatory of the International Center for the Study of Sport (CIES) updated its ranking of the most expensive players in the world. A ranking dominated by Madrilenian Jude Bellingham, whose value is estimated at 251.4 million euros. The English midfielder is followed by Erling Haaland (€221.5 million) and his teammate Vinicius (€205.7 million).

A Top 3 in which Kylian Mbappé does not appear. Despite a long-term contract recently signed in favor of Real Madrid, the captain of the Blues only ranks 5ewith a value of 175.2 million euros. The 26-year-old striker is undoubtedly paying for his difficult last months in Paris and his sluggish start to his history with the White House.

Mbappé just behind Yamal

The “Kyk’s” is overtaken by the new phenomenon of world football, Lamine Yamal. The price of the Barça nugget is estimated at 180.3 million euros. Then, we find Bukayo Saka (€157 million), Florian Wirtz (€151 million), Cole Palmer (€150 million), Phil Foden (€145 million) and finally Rodrygo (10th, €141 million) complete the Top 10.

Note that the second most expensive French player is Eduardo Camavinga (€105.2 million). The Madrilenian is followed by Warren Zaire-Emery (€103 million), Aurélien Tchouaméni (€103 million) and William Saliba (€102 million). Finally, the player with the highest market value playing in Ligue 1 is the neo-Parisian Joao Neves (€105.8 million).

The CIES Top 10 (in millions of euros):

Bellingham (ENG, Real Madrid), 251.4 Haaland (NOR, Manchester City), 221.5 Vinicius (BRE, Real Madrid), 205.7 Yamal (ESP, FC Barcelona), 180.3 Mbappé (FRA, Real Madrid), 175.2 Saka (ENG, Arsenal), 157.3 Wirtz (GER, Leverkusen), 151.2 Palmer (ENG, Chelsea), 150 Foden (ENG, Manchester City), 144.6 Rodrygo (BRE, Real Madrid), 141.3
