The PSG coach and his star player will have to spend another three months together.

Since Kylian Mbappé announced his decision to leave Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, his relationship with Luis Enrique has taken a turn. The coach of the capital club no longer considers his number 7 as an essential element of his team.

However, the two men will have to spend many more weeks together. “Mbappé and Luis Enrique will have to live together for three more months and they will do it, predicts Grégory Schneider on The L’Equipe Channel. They will look for each other. Luis Enrique will try to titillate him, Mbappé will have egotistical reactions…”.

According to the sports journalist, the former Spain coach and the native of Bondy would be capable of showing goodwill. “The fact is that they will still live together. It has to last three months. Both men are, I think, in this state of mind,” he imagines.

Tuesday evening, the capital club will travel to Spain to face Real Sociedad in the round of 16 second leg of the Champions League. Would Luis Enrique be able to not start Kylian Mbappé for such an important meeting? Or even to take him out at half-time as he was able to do in Monaco on Friday evening?
