Following the decision of the legal committee of the Professional Football League in the conflict opposing it to Kylian Mbappé, PSG’s response was not long in coming.
It didn’t take long to see the counterattack of the
Paris Saint-Germain. Sentenced by the legal commission of the Professional Football League to pay 55 million euros in bonuses and salaries to Kylian Mbappé, the capital club has broken its silence.
PSG refuses to pay this amount to its former striker who left last June. The club considers itself within its rights and Kylian Mbappé should now turn to other jurisdictions.
PSG communicates
“Given the limitations of the Commission’s legal scope to make a full decision on this matter, the case must now be contested before another jurisdiction, to which Paris Saint-Germain will be happy to present all of the facts in the months and years to come.”we can read in a press release from the Parisian club.
This conflict between Paris Saint-Germain and Kylian Mbappé has therefore not finished extending over time. The outcome could even be known in several months, or even several years. A point of no return that will have scratched the image of all parties.
