Kylian Mbappé is the subject of a joyful official statement this Monday from Real Madrid.

A little over a month after his spectacular presentation at the Santiago Bernabeu, Kylian Mbappé is in the starting blocks to make his big debut in the Real Madrid jersey. It’s only been a week since the player returned to training, and his first official match for the Merengue is already looming.

On Wednesday, the White House will try to win yet another trophy – the UEFA Super Cup in this case, a title that the Madrid team has already won five times (2002, 2014, 2016, 2017, 2022). This will take place in a gala match in Warsaw, Poland, against the winner of the last Europa League, Atalanta Bergamo.

With Endrick in Warsaw

This will be Kylian Mbappé’s first appearance in the white jersey, as confirmed on Monday by Carlo Ancelotti by calling up the captain of Les Bleus in the group selected for the occasion. The former Parisian appears in a flashy attacking group also composed of Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo, Brahim Diaz and the new Auriverde nugget Endrick.

According to Marca, Kylian Mbappé has every chance of starting against the Dea while he will have barely seven days of training under his belt. The player in question has perfectly acclimatized to the Madrid institution and his new partners given his performance at Valdebebas. Note that three other French players will be in the game on Wednesday in the Madrid ranks: Ferland Mendy, Aurélien Tchouaméni and Eduardo Camavinga.
