Hoda Kotb put her focus on her family after revealing her “Today” show exit.

The journalist told viewers in September 2024 that she was stepping down from her role — after 26 years with NBC News — to give her two children a “bigger piece of [her] time pie.”

In an emotional letter to her colleagues, Kotb also expressed her plans to spend more time with mom Sameha Kotb.

At the time, the Daytime Emmy winner was engaged to Joel Schiffman — but the former couple have since called it quits.

Sameha, who has visited Hoda at 30 Rock on multiple occasions to share recipes, worked for the Library of Congress for more than 30 years.

Hoda looked up to her mom’s “unsinkable spirit” and “go-getter” attitude while growing up, she wrote in a May 2023 essay.

In addition to Hoda, Sameha raised daughter Hala and son Adel with her late husband, Abdel Kader Kotb.

The fossil energy specialist died in 1986 at 51 years old after suffering a heart attack.

Hoda opened up about her relationship with her siblings in her 2011 memoir, “Hoda: How I Survived War Zones, Bad Hair, Cancer, and Kathie Lee.”

She called herself, Adel and Hala “thick as thieves” as kids, recalling, “We fought hard and played hard, but if any outsider tried to mess with one of us — watch out.”

Adel, who Hoda thanked for buying her a car when she was “flat broke,” is the father of daughters Hannah and Ella.

Hoda also praised her “fiercely and protectively loyal” sister in her book.

“Her commitment to family is old school, rooted in the theory that years and miles don’t stand a chance against the bond of blood,” she told readers.

The former “Dateline” correspondent noted that Hala has moved in to help multiple family members in times of need, from their father’s death to Hoda’s health issues.

Hoda surprised “Today” show viewers in February 2017 with the news that she had become a mom.

“Haley is a Valentine’s baby, she’s a little nugget,” Hoda gushed on-air at the time. “She is the love of my life.”

The little one was named after Halley’s Comet.

Haley became a big sister in April 2019 when Hope arrived.

The toddler was hospitalized for a “scary” health emergency in 2023, and Hoda has yet to share the specifics of her diagnosis.

“She’s doing better,” the anchor exclusively told Page Six the following year. “There’s still a long road to go, but she’s doing much better. This kid is full of healing light, as I say to her.”
