Fox’s first major romance was with her high school boyfriend Ben Leahy at the age of 15.

The actress previously got candid about the three-year relationship — which played out from 2000 to 2003 — revealing she would sneak out at night with her beau to gaze at stars.

“I loved him,” she told Rolling Stone in 2009. “He was very sweet and wonderful, really tall and big with a perfect body, and he was a badass. I was totally drawn to him.”

However, the two called it quits as Fox moved from Port St. Lucie, FL., to Los Angeles, Calif., in a bid to become famous.

Fox’s longest on-and-off relationship to date was with ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

Their whirlwind romance started shortly after they met in 2004 while filming ABC’s “Hope & Faith.”

By 2006 they were engaged, but the former couple briefly called it quits in 2009.

A year after calling it quits, Green and Fox got back together and tied the knot on June 24, 2010.

They went on to welcome sons Noah Shannon and Bodhi Random in September 2012 and February 2014, respectively.

The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” actress and the “Beverly Hills, 90210” alum hit a rough patch in 2015 with Fox filing for divorce — but they once again reconciled months later.

A year later they welcomed their third son, Journey River, in August 2016.

However, in May 2020, Green revealed he and the actress had split and were getting a divorce.

In March 2024, Fox got candid about her 10-year marriage, admitting she was “not great” to Green and she fell in love with “other people all the time.”

“I would go to work and fall in love because I was a kid and, yeah, I never had the full freedom to be single and experience that life,” she said on a March 2024 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

“I was young and really should not have been in a relationship of that level of commitment and that magnitude.”

During one of her breaks from Green — and before their marriage — the mom of three dated her “Transformers” co-star Shia LaBeouf.

Following the release of the first movie in 2007, they worked together again on the 2009 sequel “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.”

While specific dates of their romance have never been revealed, Fox finally confessed in 2018 that she had a brief relationship with LeBeouf.

“I mean I would confirm that it was romantic,” she said during an appearance on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen.”

“I love him. I’ve never been really quiet about that. I love him.”

Following Fox’s final split with Green, she was rumored to be dating her current boyfriend, Machine Gun Kelly, in May 2020.

The couple lived their relationship in the fast lane, confirming their romance just months later and referring to each other as “twin flames.”

After nearly two years of dating, they announced their engagement in January 2022.

However, they took a brief break from each other around February 2023 before rekindling their romance during a getaway in Hawaii two months later.

During their relationship, Fox suffered a miscarriage — she made the heartbreaking reveal in her poetry book, “Pretty Boys Are Poisonous,” in November 2023.

While it’s unclear if the two are still together, the actress confirmed during her March 2024 “Call Her Daddy” podcast appearance that she and MGK are no longer engaged.
