Meghan Markle's Email to Customers Is Going Viral: Here's What She Said

Meghan Markle is reaching out to customers.

The 43-year-old Duchess of Sussex emailed customers who ordered the limited edition honey from her first As Ever product launch.

Due to sheer demand, orders outpaced the inventory, Us Weekly confirmed.

As a result, a small number of orders were accepted for the honey after the product had already sold out.

Meghan, along with the As Ever team, reached out offering refunds and a complimentary item of their choice.

“Dear friend, My goodness, what a whirlwind this week has been! Thank you for the support. It really means so much to me,” she began.

“I was so sorry to hear about what happened with your order, and that due to overselling we are not able to get you the Limited-Edition Honey. Please know the team worked very hard in every department, and felt just as sad when we learned what had happened. I know it’s not the same as the limited-edition item you had your heart set on (I would feel the same!) so I would also like to promise you something else,” the email continues.

“When our next limited-edition item drop happens, you won’t just be the first to know…you’ll be the first to receive it. No need to order, it will come to you in the mail as a gift from me. Thank you again for your understanding and support, and for continuing to celebrate with us during this exciting time of launch.”
