Melania Trump’s former senior advisor, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, believes the former first lady’s marriage to Donald Trump is on the rocks because his behavior has seemingly changed.
“Let me bottom line this for you. Perception is everything to the Trump Family so Donald’s lack of ‘chivalry’ towards Melania is quite a ‘tell,'” the “Melania and Me” author posted via X on Sunday.
“Chivalry for Donald was waiting for Melania to go first & ensuring she walked by his side. He’s been doing neither recently. Take a 👀.”

Wolkoff, 53, then shared a video that first featured an old clip of Donald, 77, when he would kindly place his hand on Melania’s back in a gentleman-like gesture for her to walk ahead of him.
The video then showed more recent footage of the former president that showed him on multiple occasions walking ahead of his wife and leaving her a few steps behind.
Some people in the thread of the post appeared to agree with Wolkoff, with one person writing, “Melania and #Trump despise each other. She is physically revolted by him and he has zero interest in her.”
Another added of the married couple, “he treats her like the help.”

“She also just lost her mother. Her heart is not into this right now. She would rather be home but she is there for her husband.”
Page Six has reached out Melania’s rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Melania has not commented on her former aide’s speculation. Patrick McMullan via Getty Images Melania cut ties with Wolkoff in 2018. AFP via Getty ImagesHowever, the ex-model, 53, previously slammed Wolkoff as an “opportunist” since she wrote the memoir “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship with the First Lady” about their time together.
In 2020, Melania wrote in an essay published on the White House’s website that her former advisor was “someone who clung to me after my husband won the Presidency.”
“This is a woman who secretly recorded our phone calls, releasing portions from me that were out of context, then wrote a book of idle gossip trying to distort my character,” she added at the time.

Writer Katie Rogers claimed in her new book, “American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady, from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden” that former White House press secretary Stephanie Grisham once told her Melania wanted Donald to be “humiliated” following his sex scandal with Stormy Daniels.
Then, just last week, the former first lady fueled concerns about marital strife herself by not attending her husband’s Super Tuesday victory party in Mar-a-Lago, where they reside.
Neither Melania nor Donald have addressed concerns about their marriage. Getty Images The couple has been married for nearly 20 years. Getty ImagesWolkoff — ironically — came to her former pal’s defense at the time, writing via X, “Melania Trump was NOT at Donald’s victory party because she did NOT have to be.
“His supporters do NOT care if she is by his side or NOT, so now she does NOT have to be. NOThing more, NOThing less.”
Melania and Donald have been married since 2005, and she is his third wife. They share a 17-year-old son, Barron.
