Melcom opens new shop at Accra Mall

 The Melcom Group of Companies has opened its new store at the Accra Mall to offer one–stop shop service to its clients in the community.

The state of-the-art facility is designed to serve all clientele with diverse product range, including groceries, household items, elec­tronics, clothing, beauty supplies, among others.

Speaking at the event in Accra, the Managing Director of Melcom Limited, Ramesh Sadhwani, said that the new shop marks a signif­icant milestone in the company’s growth and its commitment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for customers.

The mall, he noted, takes up a massive 15 square metres of trading space and displaying approximately 450 consumer merchandise in a typically convivial Melcom-style setup.

“Our vision at Melcom has always been to provide more than just products. We aim to deliver a shopping experience that is conve­nient, enjoyable, and effortless and we want to make sure that our cus­tomers always find what they need, and that they feel valued every time they shop with us,” he stated.

He added that the company vision was more than commerce but was committed to support local communities in health and education through the Melcom Care Foundation.

“We have Initiatives such as our annual blood drive for the past 15 years which has inspired others to join us in our efforts to help the National Blood Bank,” he added.

The assistant asset manager, Olympia Agbodza, expressed excitement over the future growth of the partnership with Melcom Limited and also with the plans for a Melcolm store at Achimota Mall in the near future.

He added that the retail land­scape in the country would con­tinue to evolve and the opening of the new store stands as a testament to the growing strength of local businesses in the country’s com­mercial sector.

He also reiterated the compa­ny commitment to support local enterprises and to foster long-term relationships with homegrown retailers.

The General Manager of Mel­com Group, Francis Sam, indicated that Melcom was investing in new look stores with new features and attractions for the convenience of their Customers and Patrons.

Mr Sam also noted that the com­pany’s rebranding was supported with enhancing and elevating the corporate goals and business direction with a focus on achieving higher standards and providing an excellent customer experience.
