Huge twist in the Paulo Dybala case? Announced to be very close to leaving AS Roma to join Saudi Arabia and the Al-Qadsiah club, the 2022 world champion would have made a strong decision.

While an agreement was close to being reached between the player and the Saudi club for a sum of 75 million euros over 3 seasons, the Argentinian striker finally refused the offer and decided to stay with the Louve club.

“Thank you Rome, see you Sunday”he simply published on his Instagram account to announce his final choice. A short but meaningful message for AS Roma supporters, who were dreading the announcement of the departure of the Argentine genius.

Happy supporters

Paulo Dybala will therefore not join Saudi Arabia this summer. The former Juventus number 10 should continue with the Roman club this season unless there is a new twist before the end of the summer transfer window.

His decision to refuse the Saudi offer delighted the Roman fans who did not hesitate to thank him and pay tribute to him. Some of them even went to his house to congratulate and celebrate him. The Argentinian should also be in Daniel De Rossi’s squad this Sunday for the match against Empoli in the second day of Serie A.
