Last night was the much anticipated AEW: Big Business special show. The show kicked off with the arrival of former WWE Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion Mercedes Moné. She showed up, addressed the fans, and promised that she would create more special moments with the AEW wrestling world.

Before the Big Business show, AEW President Tony Khan had an interview with Scott Fisherman of TVInsider. During the interview, Khan promised to not disappoint the fans and claimed that this would be the biggest show in AEW history.

“Of course. I promise I will not disappoint the fans tonight,” Tony Khan said. “There has been an influx of huge names, and tonight is the biggest show yet.”

Tony Khan also claimed that the current AEW roster is the best roster in professional wrestling today.

“Now we have what I believe is the best roster in pro wrestling today. There are still so many great stars out there we are always looking to add and strengthen the group. I think we will continue to try to strengthen whenever we can add someone’s skills to make AEW better,” Tony Khan said.

After Mercedes Moné showed up on AEW Big Business, Tony Khan took to Twitter to confirm that Moné is officially All Elite.

“It’s official: @MercedesVarnado is ALL ELITE! Welcome to @AEW, Mercedes Moné! #AEWDynamite on @TBSNetwork #AEWBigBusiness,” Tony Khan tweeted.

Moné replied to Tony Khan’s tweet asking fans to say hello to the new CEO of AEW.

“Say hello to your #CEO,” Mercedes Moné tweeted.
