The NJPW STRONG Women’s Champion Mercedes Moné stays booked and busy. NJPW has announced that Moné will take part in its upcoming event on May 9, Resurgence. The event will take place in Ontario, California at the Toyota Arena. An opponent has not been named.
Moné’s last defense of the NJPW STRONG Women’s Title was against Mina Shirakawa in January. She has held this title for 241 days and counting after defeating Stephanie Vaquer for it at Forbidden Door last June.
Moné will be defending her AEW TBS Championship on March 9 at AEW Revolution against STARDOM’s Momo Watanabe.
