On the occasion of the 125th anniversary of FC Barcelona, ​​Lionel Messi once again declared his love for the Catalan club. Interviewed by Catalunya Radiothe Argentinian, now an Inter Miami player, expressed his pride in having been part of this institution: “I am proud to be part of this club and to be a Barcelona supporter. I was lucky to have been brought here by God and to have spent my whole life at this wonderful club”.

Arriving in Catalonia at the age of 14, Messi also praised the unique character of Barça: “A special club, different from the others, even if times have changed”.

A possible return to Barcelona?

While he is under contract with Inter Miami until December 2025, La Pulga has made no secret of the fact that he misses Barcelona:
