Michael Bay & Will Smith May Reunite for Netflix Action Movie 'Fast & Loose,' 30 Years After Teaming Up for 'Bad Boys'!

Will Smith is possibly reuniting with Michael Bay, the director who helped him launch the Bad Boys franchise nearly 30 years ago!

According to a new report from Deadline, the director is in final negotiations to direct the Will Smith-starring Netflix action movie Fast and Loose.

A start date isn’t official, but it will likely be the next project for both superstars.

Will recently dropped out of the thriller Sugar Bandits, which set to be his next project.

Fast and Loose “follows a man who wakes up in Tijuana with no memories. As he pieces together his past, he learns he’s been living two lives: one as a crime kingpin and the other as an undercover CIA agent.”

Deadline notes that the project is “the type of major event film Netflix is still trying to prioritize, and the idea of reuniting Smith and Bay was just too hard to pass up for all parties.”

Michael directed the 1995 movie Bad Boys, which was a major industry-shaking moment for both parties.
