Midea and Care Global Consumer Limited have partnered to introduce cutting-edge solutions in Nigeria’s electronics market.
The collaboration unveiled at a dealers’ conference in Lagos recently, promises to revolutionise the industry by delivering innovative products and services designed to meet the evolving demands of Nigerian consumers.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Midea’s Regional Director for Africa, Bright Yao, said, “Today marks a significant milestone as we join forces with CGCL to bring high-quality, affordable electronics to the Nigerian market.

During the conference, Yao provided an in-depth overview of Midea’s capabilities and achievements, noting the company’s impressive revenue of over $52bn and its history spanning more than fifty years.
“Midea’s advanced smart home automation solutions are designed to offer our customers a comprehensive and seamless home automation experience.
“The strategic partnership between Midea and CGCL marks a significant step forward in the Nigerian electronics market, with both companies committed to driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to consumers”, he added.
The dealers’ conference, themed “Powering Progress”, attracted over 70 dealers from across the country.
The Managing Director of CGCL, Maneesh Nanda, emphasised the importance of the partnership, citing CGCL’s extensive experience with leading electronics and home appliance brands in Nigeria.
He said, “We have built a robust network of dealers across Nigeria and provide after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
“Our collaboration with Midea is poised to unlock new opportunities, offering consumers unmatched quality and value.”
