Mielle Organics’ CEO Monique Rodriguez Addresses Allegations That Her Products Have Caused Hair Loss (VIDEOS)

Mielle Organics CEO Responds To Criticism About Products

Monique Rodriguez made her latest statements after several Black women on TikTok alleged they were experiencing hair loss after using MIelle Organics products.

In a video obtained by TSR, Rodriguez explains that “authenticity and transparency” have always defined Mielle. She also thanked everyone for their continued support over the years.

Rodriguez assured consumers that her products have always been safe.

“Our products are created with healthy ingredients and they are formulated to deliver are safe and effective results. We’ve always taken great care in ensuring the quality of all of our products. And that commitment has never wavered.”

Additionally, the CEO responded to the constant online criticism by urging consumers to check the labels on all of Mielle’s products.

“If you have any doubts, I encourage you to explore our labels. From 2019 to 2024, you will see that there has been no formula change,” Monique said while holding Mielle’s Rosemary mint hair growth oil.

Several social media users shared their sentiments about Monique’s statements under The Shade Room’s Instagram report.

Details on Mielle’s Partnership With Proctor & Gamble

As TSR previously reported, Mielle Organics announced their partnership with Proctor and Gamble in January 2023.

However, Mielle confirmed the inked deal, many social media users expressed their fears. Several social media users agreed that the partnership would cause a change in the products formula.

At the time, Monique spoke about the joint venture with Essence. In an exclusive statement the Mielle founder explained that she looked forward to creating new opportunities for those who will follow in her footsteps.

“For me, I honor those who have come before me and broken glass ceilings so I can come and shatter glass ceilings. I am creating and paving a way for those who are coming behind me to do not what I have done, but probably even better.”
