Miley Cyrus had a “Party in the U.S.A.” on Wednesday night.

The singer stepped out for a rare date night with her boyfriend Maxx Morando at a Future Islands concert in Los Angeles held at the Shrine Auditorium.

Cyrus wore her hair in a relaxed half-up, half-down ‘do as she donned a black sweater and matching black accessories for the event.

Morando, however, let his messy hair flow as he sported a navy blue Polo Bear Cotton-Linen Sweater from Ralph Lauren, which currently retails for nearly $400.

Cyrus has reportedly been dating the Liily drummer since 2021 after they met on a blind date.

In February, a source close to the couple revealed they moved in together and were “very happy” with their relationship.

“Everyone loves Maxx. He’s a great guy,” the insider told People at the time. “She is very happy with him. He’s private and doesn’t like being in the press. It’s been good for her.”

The outing comes shortly after the singer was sued by Tempo Music Investments — an investment platform which claims to own a share of the copyright for Bruno Mars’ 2012 single “When I Was Your Man” — for copyright infringement over her 2023 Grammy-winning single, “Flowers.”

The platform claimed in legal docs that the chorus, harmony, melody, chord progressions and lyrics of “Flowers” were “intentionally” taken from the “24K Magic” hitmaker’s song.

Notably, Mars is not named as a plaintiff alongside Tempo Music Investments in the filing.

The “Used to be Young” hitmaker won her first Grammy awards for the song in 2024, taking home the gold statues for record of the year and best pop solo performance over Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish.

“This award is amazing, but I really hope that it doesn’t change anything, because my life was beautiful yesterday,” Cyrus said during her record of the year acceptance speech.

“Not everyone in the world will get a Grammy, but everyone in this world is spectacular, so please don’t think that this is important.”
